How Our Visa Application Service Works
Step 1 – You fill out the Applicant Information form. When finished, save it and forward it to us.
Step 2 – You need to take a new passport-size photo with a white background. Previous photos that you took last year are not accepted. We accept photos taken by a photo studio or photos taken by you using your smartphone. Forward your soft copy or digital photos to us.
Step 3 – Wait until our staff contacts you to arrange your passport pick-up. We will collect your passport from you if you are staying in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, or Puchong area, or you can send it to us using Lalamove or GrabExpress if you are staying in Shah Alam, Klang, Sungai Buloh, or Rawang. If you are staying outside Klang Valley, you can courier it to us using DHL Express so you do not need to send it to us personally. Just stay at your home or office. Certain conditions apply.
Step 4 – After your visa precheck is approved, we will contact you to arrange your biometrics appointment. Only for applicants who apply for multiple-entry China visas. For applicants who apply for single or double entry visas, you do not need to do the biometrics. Our staff will accompany you during biometrics.
Step 5 – After your visa is approved, we will send your passport with your China visa back to you.
