Before you send your inquiry, please read the frequently asked questions below:
How does your service work?
Order our services here. https://www.tripvisa.my/order/. Just forward all documents requested by us according to your visa requirements.
When we receive your order, we will precheck your online visa application form, if got some errors, we will fix it for you and create a flight ticket and hotel voucher for you (for a tourist visa), so there is no need for you to book a flight ticket and hotel voucher yet.
Then you gather all documents needed according to your visa requirements, such as an original passport, two passport photos with a white background, and a photocopy of your passport details (all of these for a tourist visa; other visas have different requirements).
Then you contact us to arrange for your documents to be picked up by our runner. This service is only available for Klang Valley residents. Other places, you need to courier your documents to us and you just come to the China Visa Centre for biometrics.
After pickup of your documents, our runner will submit your documents for visa precheck approval (this procedure is only for agent submissions; individual submissions do not have this visa precheck approval). It takes two days to process your visa pre-check approval.
After your visa precheck approval is approved, we will collect all your documents back and start booking for your biometrics (fingerprint scan). Usually, your booking for biometrics is available on the third or fourth day after we collect your visa precheck approval. We will contact you to confirm your booking appointment date.
On the day of biometrics (fingerprint scan), our runner will be there with you while you undergo biometrics at the China Visa Centre (fingerprint scan).
After your finger prints have been scanned, we will collect our service fees. An invoice will be given to you after payment, and we will pay your visa fees directly to China Visa Centre on the same day. If we do not pay your visa fees on the same day, China Visa Centre will cancel your visa application, and you will need to do it again.
On the fourth day after visa submission, our runner will collect your passport with a China visa and send it back to you. Then all is done.
In conclusion, it will take 6 to 10 days for all processes to be completed. So if you’re in a hurry, sorry, we cannot entertain it.
So actually, how many days will it take you to process our visa until it is completed?
Scenarios are like these:
Day 1: 15 May 2023: We collect all your documents (original passport, 2 passport photos, visa form) from your office or your home.
Day 2: 16 May 2023: We will submit your documents to the China Visa Centre for pre-check approval. It will take two days to approve.
Day 3: 17 May 2023: We will collect your documents from the China Visa Centre after getting the approval. Then we start making a booking appointment for you for biometrics, probably on May 18 or 19, 2023.
Day 4: 18 May 2023 or 19 May 2023: You will come to the China Visa Centre with us to do your biometrics (fingerprint scan). After biometrics are done, we will collect our service fees and go straight to the Visa payment counter to pay your visa fee.
Day 7 or 8: 23 May 2023 or 24 May 2023: We will collect your passport with a China Visa and send it back to you.
So our service will take 6 to 10 working days to process.
